Note: Medical Boulevard does not charge any fees for SMS messages. All charges are determined by your mobile carrier. Please consult your carrier for specific pricing information.

Confirmation: Once opted-out, you will receive a final SMS confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further SMS communications.
