**Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement user interfaces for our digital platforms.
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize the user interface.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
