Medical Boulevard, a leading provider of flexible medical spaces in Beverly Hills, is seeking experienced Independent Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients (doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants) interested in leasing flexible medical spaces.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.
Present, promote, and sell our flexible medical space leasing services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a sales representative, preferably in the medical or real estate sector.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
